Second, you don’t need to look at any videos that have over 1 million views. These videos already contain products that would be difficult to sell as the competition would already be strong. 

Third, an ideal video of a dropshipping product worth selling will have close to a thousand likes and at least fifty to over a hundred comments. This means that people are engaging with the product and are interested in it.

Obviously, these numbers are just ballpark suggestions as long as you are not looking at products that have five likes and no comments at all.

You simply go to AliExpress, type in the name of the product, and check how much it costs on AliExpress.

By doing this we will see how much a typical supplier is charging for this product because it’s almost always a similar price with most suppliers whether you are using Aliexpress, CJDropshipping, or other suppliers.

Then, you want to go to Google and type in the name of the product there. You would then be able to see how much it’s being sold on Google Shopping.

Ideally, you want to sell a product that has a profit margin between $20 and $50, to insure you have enough profit margin for your advertising efforts later on. 

2. TikTok Product Research 

The TikTok dropshipping product research method is so simple and so elegant that it sounds too good to be true. 

Now, before we explore and explain this, I want to let you know that although this method is extremely simple, it requires a fair bit of time to start seeing success with it.

It will allow you to recognize patterns of successful dropshipping products. Once you master this, you’ll basically be unstoppable.

Now all you have to do is click the “Products” button in Commerce Inspector, and it will instantly display their best-selling items.

Because it’s a bit modest, I left out this product research technique from the paper, but you can now view “Dropshipping Trends” in Commerce Inspector.

I don’t think it needs any more justification; it’s fantastic for product development, right?

3. Find other successful dropshipping stores and see their bestselling products

Another way to find winning dropshipping products is to browse and spy on successful dropshipping stores (competitors) and uncover their bestselling products.
