Factory X is a leading manufacturer and distributor of swords, knives, non-firing replica firearms, collectible toys and prop replicas for all varieties of collectors. The LMTD Group, Inc. was founded in 2005 and began as a specialty distributor of it brand of licensed prop replicas LMTD. After the acquisition of Palisades Toys in early 2006, and the sale of a related sword company in mid 2006, the company changed its trading name to Factory X Distribution and continued with its long history of providing weaponry and collectibles to dealers throughout the world.

Factory X offers its own trademark brands such as LMTD, Factory X, Palisades Toys, Crittaz, Freakables, and distributes many other lines including Denix Replica Firearms, Art Gladius Swords and Armours, Muela Sporting Knives, along with accessories for these various products. Factory X is also a proud distributor of several major Statue and Bust Collectibles such as Gentle Giant, Master Replicas, Museum Replicas, McFarlane, and various other lines.
