First, take a look at how many people have visited your website over a period of time. You can use tools like Google Analytics to keep tabs on your site traffic. Include everyone who visited, whether or not they bought anything.

Then, keep track of the total number of completed sales during a specific time. You can find this number in your Sales report in the Shopify admin.

Lastly, figure out the conversion rate using this formula: CONVERSION RATE = (TOTAL CONVERSIONS / TOTAL VISITORS) X 100

For instance, if your website had 1,000 visitors and 30 of them made a purchase, your conversion rate would be (30 / 1,000) x 100 = 3%.
