This is also a very unique Zendrop feature, and in this Zendrop Review, I will explain how it works!

If Znedrop has the product you want to sell, Then you simply need to follow these steps: 

• Step 1 – Enter the Zendrop Dashboard. 
• Step 2 – From the left sidebar, choose the “Import List” category
• Step 3 – Once the Import List displays, you can choose the product you want to sell by searching for it in the “Search” area. 
• Step 4 –  Once you find the product you want to sell, you simply click the “Import to store” button, displayed on the right corner of the product you want.

On the other hand, If Zendrop does not have a product from AliExpress that you aim to sell, simply enter the product’s details into Zendrop, and Zendrop will source and automate the entire process.

You may begin selling the exact goods right immediately, and Zendrop will provide you with a quotation whenever a transaction is completed, which is often around the price advertised on AliExpress. This effectively means that practically everything sold on AliExpress is also available on Zendrop.

With this feature, you can easily add a product to your store using an AliExpress link. Please note that Zendrop does not work with AliExpress to fulfill your orders. They only use AliExpress to gather product details to source your product directly from manufacturers.

Once you get a sale for this product, you can request a quote for it. Since they work directly with the manufacturers producing these products, often times you’ll get a better price.

To get an idea of what this product will cost you, change the shipping time on the AliExpress listing to a 10-15 day shipping option.

How do you import products from AliExpress to Zendrop?

1. Install the AliExpress Product Importer Chrome Extension to import the product information from AliExpress to Zendrop.
2. Find the product you want to sell on AliExpress and import the product information to your Zendrop account using the Chrome Extension.
3. The product will be created on your Zendrop account in your Import List and will only be visible to you. You can review the product information before importing it to your store.

11. Exploring Trending Products

Zendrop’s trending products section highlights items that are currently selling well. These products are updated weekly and can help you identify popular items to sell.

So, you can use this feature to get product ideas if you’re unsure what to add to your store.

However, I recommend you to use this feature if you don’t have any idea on what to sell.

How To Use Zendrop To Start Dropshipping in 2024?

In this Zendrop Review, I will show you my step-by-step guide on how to use Zendrop for dropshipping.

Step 1 – Sign Up for Zendrop

Visit the Zendrop homepage and click on the “Sign Up Free” button to create a free account. Fill out the registration form with your name, email address, password, and mobile number.

You’ll receive a 7-day free trial of Zendrop Plus, which includes features like automated fulfillment, the Zendrop Academy, and custom branding options. If you prefer, select the free plan after the trial period.

Step 2- Connect Your Shopify Store

This step on my Zendrop Review is crucial. So, pay attention.

After creating your Zendrop account, you will be prompted to connect your Shopify store. Enter your Shopify domain name and click “Connect.”

This redirects you to your Shopify store, where you can install the Zendrop app. Once connected, return to your Zendrop account to start adding products to your dropshipping store.

Step 3- Find Products Using Zendrop

To find products on Zendrop, you can use the search bar on the left side bar of the Zendrop dashboard.

You can search for specific products or browse categories. Moreover, filter products by shipping locations, such as “ships from the US” or “ships from anywhere,” and adjust the price range.

Moreover, you can narrow down your search based on categories, and suppliers as well.

Zendrop ensures you have access to reliable suppliers, which is crucial for maintaining competitive pricing and ensuring industry-leading shipping times.

Moreover, Zendrop lets you import products from AliExpress using their Chrome extension.

Hence, you only need to enter the AliExpress product URL, import the product, and edit it in Zendrop before publishing it to your Shopify e commerce store store.

However, although you can import products from AliExpress, it’s better to use Zendrop’s fulfillment products for faster shipping times and better customer support.

Step 4- Import Products to Shopify

Once you find a product you want to sell, click on it to see a brief description, shipping times, and product cost.

Here, you can also check data like shipping costs, total costs, etc. If you like the product, just click on “Add To My Products”

Now, go to “My Products,” go to the Import List, and here you can “Review and Publish.”

Here, you can edit the product name, description, variants, and images. Optimize tags for search engines to help index your product page properly.

Moreover, write your own product descriptions to make your listings unique. Compress images before uploading them to avoid slow page load times.

Finally, click “Publish to My Store.”

Now, let’s discuss the next step in my Zendrop Review.

Step 5 – Fulfill Orders

In the orders section, you will see all orders from your Shopify store. For high volumes of orders, upgrade your Zendrop account to enable auto fulfillment. Here you can set automated fulfillment custom.

Go to the orders section in Zendrop. You will see all the orders from your Shopify store.

Next, if you have multiple orders, you can select them individually or use the bulk fulfillment option.

Click on the order and then click “Fulfill Order.” If you don’t have a payment method set up, add a credit card to your Zendrop account.

Lastly, complete the payment process for the product cost and shipping cost.

This automated fulfillment ensures fast shipping and exceptional customer service for your dropshipping business.

Step 6 – Complete The Payment Process

When you fulfill an order, Zendrop will automatically handle the shipping, tracking, and updating the customer’s address.

This automation eliminates the manual tasks you’d typically do with AliExpress. Once your credit card is connected, you can quickly fulfill multiple orders by simply clicking through them.

Step 7 – Brand Your Store

Zendrop offers custom branding options for your products, such as custom packing slips, thank-you cards, and branded tape. Thus, next on this Zendrop Review, I will teach you how to brand your online store.

So, toggle on the branding feature, upload your logo, and create personalized messages for your customers.

Hence, you can design custom packing slips in tools like Photoshop or Canva and upload them to Zendrop. This helps create a unique identity for your online store and enhances customer loyalty.

Also, if you want to increase your average order value, I suggest you create product bundles.

So, select multiple products and offer them as a package.

Next, name your bundle, set the quantities, and push it to your store.

Zendrop Shipping Times

Most of the Zendrop products are shipped from China, and there is express shipping for these orders. However, they also offer US-based suppliers for extra fast shipping.

So, the shipping options that Zendrop provides are 

• Economy shipping. This is the cheapest choice, however, I do not suggest it. Prices are a fixed fee of $1.50 to the United States and $3 to the rest of the world. With this, Zendrop shipping times are much longer, and the major reason I would avoid budget shipping is that the box would include a Chinese address. Unfortunately, this delivery method is the only choice in a number of countries.
• Regular Shipping. This shipping option costs a bit more, but it is far superior to the prior one. Prices are a fixed fee of $2 to the United States and $3.50 to the rest of the world. Shipping times are significantly faster than with economy shipping. The shipping labels are generated in China using Zendrop’s shipping carriers, and the return address is in the nation of your customer.
• Express Shipping. This shipping option costs $6 for items weighing less than 450g and $9 for packages weighing more than 450g. Despite the little price increase, you have the option of charging your consumers an additional fee for fast shipping.

In consequence, keep in mind that the Zendrop shipping times differ from one country to another. For example, shipping to the USA with the Regular Shipping option may take from 7 – 15 days, but to Australia could take 6 – 12 days. Take a closer look. 👇

Zendrop Returns

Zendrop products can be returned. However, there are several cases in which you can have a return, and these are 

• If the goods take more than 5 days to arrive after the estimated delivery date. You are entitled to a refund, but only after you have shown confirmation that you have previously repaid your consumer.

• Damaged/ defective product. Zendrop will provide you with a complete refund or replacement if you provide proof of product damage in the form of a photo or video.

• Lost/ stolen product in transit. Zendrop will collaborate with you to decide how to manage the matter.

This makes things a lot easier for you because most of the time returns are one of the most challenging components of the dropshipping business since you are held responsible for something that is absolutely out of your control.

💡Tip: If you look closer, choosing a yearly subscribed Zendrop plan might be more cost-effective. For instance, if you choose the Pro plan you will get to pay $33/month, instead of $49. Which is way cheaper. It’s the same for the Plus plan – you will pay $45/month, instead of $79.

Zendrop vs CJ Dropshipping

• Features: CJ Dropshipping provides a fulfillment service in some countries, allowing you to store your items at their warehouse and distribute them to your consumers directly from the warehouse for rapid shipping.
